Volunteers

Did you know the three main reasons a volunteer stops volunteering for an organization are:

1.  The organization is disorganized.

2.  Nothing to do.

3.  Not thanked.

As our associations are in full midst of membership drives and planning for the year – I thought it was important to take a note of these reasons.  ALL of them can be easily addressed.
