Did you know….
Halton Council is often asked to represent parents on HDSB Committees! One committee where we’ve been able to impact students and advocate for parents is SEAC. Our parent rep is Amy Mckenzie – who is versed in SEAC (Special Education Advisory Committee) related concerns, working with parents and well – caring about the kids!
Each month Amy prepares a report for Council. As Amy also sits as SEAC chair, we are very fortunate to have this insight.
Check out September 2011 report – under “SEAC Info”. Why not share this with your parent community?
